Catapulte in Hong Kong


Vincent is the founder of Catapulte.

He studied 4 years in an international business school (E.B.S. In Paris, Madrid an London) before joining Natixis Pramex International during the 15 following years.

At Natixis Pramex, Vincent managed local subsidiaries in Madrid – Spain (5 years). Then in New York – USA (3 years) and finally in Hong Kong – China (6 years) from where he set-up Natixis Pramex regional head office covering all Asia (opening subsidiaries and office in Beijing,

Shanghai, Guangzhou, Bangkok and Mumbai).

During all those years, Vincent advised hundreds of companies, helping them to develop trade business (import and export), set up local subsidiaries (either trading, financial holding or manufactory) and/or expend internationally through external growth. In his last year and a half at Natixis Pramex, he became one of the 5 members of Natixis Pramex Executive Committee and company's international development director, supervising the launch of new subsidiaries.

Connie is the partner of Catapulte.

She holds a bachelor degree in language studies with business and a master degree in human resources management and is in the process of obtaining her CPA qualification.

Before joining Catapulte, she worked for an international consulting firm under a French banking group for 6 years. She served in the corporate management department and then in the internal finance and administration department for Asia Pacific.

Connie specializes in two major fields: accounting and administration. Besides accounting and reporting for local companies, she could manage group consolidation and tax matters for individuals. She also has knowledge of accounting and taxation practices in some Asian countries like Mainland China and Thailand.

In terms of administration, she is familiar with the filings requirements and the human resources affairs such as labor regulations compliance and payroll calculation.

Michael holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the Universtiy of Walverhampton, UK and qualified as a professional accountant in 1990.

He is a practicing Certified Tax Advisor in Hong Kong.

He is a member of: the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Association of

Chartered Certified Accountants, and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

He received his public accountancy training in the Chartered Accountants firm, Moore Stephens Hong Kong, a member of the Moore Stephens International who has offices throughout the world.

Michael is now the managing director of TLC CPA Limited, a certified public accountants firm in Hong Kong, which mainly provides auditing and taxation consultant services.

Angus studied in the University of Hong Kong and obtained his bachelor of law degree (LLB) and the Postgraduate Certificate of Law (PCLL) in 1988 and 1989 respectively.

He worked as a trainee solicitor (articled clerk) with a Hong Kong law firm from 1989 to 1991 and then became qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 1991. Angus has continuously practiced in Hong Kong since then and had been admitted as a solicitor in

England and Wales and also in Tasmania, Australia.

Angus is now a partner of a Hong Kong law firm founded by him in 1997. His firm carries on practice on a wide range of areas, and have different private and corporate clients based in Hong Kong, as well as overseas. Now, Angus firm has 3 partners, one senior associate and a legal executive, together with other general staff.

With its commitment and long establishment in Hong Kong. Angus and his firm aim to provide high quality and reliable services to clients to meet their different needs.


Alexandre is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Lille (II), where he obtained a LLM in International and European law (1999).

He has advised and assisted European clients in Foreign investment, Corporate and Commercial matters, contractual drafting and negotiation in Asia, particularly in Thailand and Hong Kong, for more than 10 years, and lately as Managing Partner of Law Solutions and founding Partner of CPA Solutions.
He has served the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce as Honorary Secretary and Vice-president and has lectured on and authored several academic, commercial articles, and presentations at Business forums. He represents the firm to Interlegal International network.

Danai is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University, where he obtained a Bachelor Degree in law (1998), a Master Degree in Business & Administration (2006) and completed a course in Real Estate development and management (2009).

He has advised Thai and foreign clients for the past 10 years with an extensive expertise in Business Law, Corporate Establishment, Real Estate Transactions, Business Promotion, and Trademark Law, and lately as Partner of Law Solutions and founding Partner of CPA Solutions.

He is a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2000.

Vincent is a graduate of ESPEME Business school, EDHEC School of Nice, where he obtained a Degree in accounting. He also studied 1 year at the European Business School in United Kingdom.

He gained experience in major financial places such as London and Luxembourg, where he started his career with Ernst & Young, one of the top tier international audit firms.

He has successfully advised European clients in Asia, and lately in Thailand by joining CPA Solutions in 2010 as Executive Manager, where he has developed skills in Thai taxation while leading the Accounting Department.

Wanwisa is a graduate of Kasetsart University where she obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accounting (2004) and Assumption University where she obtained a Master Degree in Business & Administration (2010).

She gained a significant experience with KPMG, one of the top tier audit and advisory firms, and Minor International Group, and lately joined CPA Solutions in 2010 as Executive Manager, where she has been leading the Audit Department.

Wanwisa is a licensed Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) since 2010.

QI Yun has first graduated with degree in International Accounting in China.

And later attained her master degree in International Business and Strategic Management in France & UK.

Over the past 12 years, she has worked at the BOC Group as a senior accountant for China division, in France as the Financial Controller for Lesaffre Group, and then joined Natixis Pramex International as consultant and became the head of business unit in China till 2011. She’s currently the partner of Y.S.Links business consulting firm in Shanghai.

Being able to communicate in three languages, coupled with knowledge of corporate accounting & tax, audit & due diligence practices, QI Yun has been closely following the development of many European companies in China. She has led her team to support more than 20 companies per year with the planning and implementation of core back-office services, helping to maintain compliance & control, and identifying efficiency optimization potentials. She also has been involved in different type of investment projects and advised the clients from A-Z such as strategy development, target screening and selection, due-diligence, negotiation, development of business plan and valuation models, location search and incorporation.

Stella Liang obtained her master’s degree in Business Management in France.

She can speak Mandarin, English and French. After working on a joint-venture project for an European logistics company in China for two years and joining in a French consulting firm as consultant for 5 years, Stella becomes the partner of Y.S. Links Ltd., a business consulting firm based in Shanghai.

With 8 years’ experiences in the area of international business development and 15 projects advised each year, Stella is very skilled on the investment project (greenfield, re-investment, and joint-venture) management, cross-cultural relationship building, and strategic planning on the market entry and growth.

Stella is specialized in the investment scheme analysis and very familiar with the incorporation procedure and practice in the Chinese Mainland area. She is also expert in helping the foreign brands or products to develop its market in China.
